Our CallCare team.
Our reception team operates 24/7, servicing clients across New Zealand and Australia. Our in-house training team are Level 3 ETITO certified and ensure all calls meet our quality standards. We have senior staff available around the clock so we are able to respond to any changes, issues or events.
Our location.
Although Call Care is based in the sunshine capital of New Zealand, Blenheim, its client base is spread throughout the country. We have excellent geographical knowledge of New Zealand, enabling us to answer calls from different areas and dispatch jobs accurately.
