Yes. For plans that include call transfers, we can attempt to contact multiple staff in your preferred order. You can list an unlimited number of staff or departments as internal contact points and choose who we should contact in which scenarios. For important calls, you can nominate more than one staff member for us to try.

Yes. All call transfers are warm transfers. Our receptionist will place the caller on hold, call you, introduce the caller and give you the option to accept or decline. If you’re unavailable, we’ll take a message and let the caller know when to expect a response.

Yes. Invoices are issued monthly via email, with payments able to be made by Visa, MasterCard and bank transfer.

if you have an existing advertised business number, simply forward calls from that number to the unique CallCare receptionist number we provide and we’ll know the calls are for you. It’s best not to advertise this number as it cannot be taken with you. If you don’t have an existing business number, we can set you up with an 0800 national number.

Certainly.  In addition to the number you choose when activating your answering service, you can add as many additional business numbers as you wish – whether local numbers or freephone numbers.

Yes, you can continue to advertise your existing landline or mobile phone number, then simply forward calls to the unique phone number we provide. Alternatively, if you don’t wish to forward your calls, you may wish to consider a Freephone 0800 number as an alternative advertised number.

If you need a phone number you can advertise, it’s best to request a freephone 0800 number. Freephone numbers can be taken with you if you ever cancel your service, however local call-forwarding numbers are leased only and remain the property of CallCare, if you ever discontinue our services.

You sure can! CallCare offers numbers with different area codes right across NZ. You can use these numbers for temporary campaigns, to track volumes from forwarded numbers, to appear more established or to attract customers from different local areas. Alternatively, if you have a nationwide customer base, you may prefer a freephone 0800 number.
