During your 7-day free trial (based on the Lite Solution) our professional receptionists will answer your phone using your preferred greeting and handle the call just like your own in-house receptionist would, but for a fraction of the cost! This includes:

• Providing basic information about your business
• Collecting key information you require from the caller
• Sending messages via email, SMS or both to one or more specified staff members or departments

At the end of the free trial, you’ll have an indication of your expected call volume, so we can set you up on the correct plan, plus we can add more features to your service as required.
